FACILITIES

Capacity - The Hall has a capacity of 100 people total. You can comfortably seat 100 people in the Main Hall and around 50 in the Supper Room.

Measurements - Are as follows:

·         Main Hall: 8m x 18m

·         Supper Room: 13m x 6m 

·         Stage: 8m x 4.5m

Back Yard – The Back Yard is accessed via the Supper room. It is private,  secure and fully fenced.


Kitchen – A semi commercial kitchen which includes a double oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, pie warmer and stainless steel benches for food preparation.

​

Accessibility – The hall is fully accessible for wheelchairs, walkers and prams including accessible toilet facilities.

​

Parking –  There is plenty of free of charge on street parking (including some mobility parks) outside the main entry.

​

Heating – There is air conditioning and heating available for you to turn on throughout the facility.

​

Tables and Chairs – Trestle tables and chairs can be accessed within the main hall and the supper room and are included as part of the hire fee if required.

COSTS AND BOND

All hires require a bond  which we require payment of at the time of booking. Your bond will be refunded within a couple of days of your event. Please note any excessive cleaning or damage and repairs required will be deducted from your bond.

CASUAL HIRE

Weekends - $25.00 per hour (5pm Friday till 10pm Sunday)


Bond - $300.00

CASUAL HIRE

Weekdays - $20.00 per hour


Bond - $50 per hour up to a maximum of $200.00

REGULAR/PERMANENT

Our regular/ permanent hire fees are $20 per hour.

There may also be some one-off fees which we can advise you on your request.
