AVALON PUBLIC HALL

The Hall (also known as Mabey Road Hall) was built in 1922 and has been used by the community for 100 years. The Hall is owned by the Avalon Public Hall Society Inc. The not-for-profit Society's Board manages the Hall and has it available for hire 7 days a week.

The Hall is available for you to hire either on a regular basis or as a casual hire for a one-off event. The Hall has recently been hired for:

- Birthdays Celebrations 

- Baby Showers and Gender Reveals 

- Wedding's

- Anniversary Celebrations

- Hair Cutting Ceremonies

- Whanau reunion’s 

- Garage & Book Sales 

- Flower, Plant and Pet Displays & Competitions

- Dance classes

- Exercise and Fitness classes
